Caroline is a seasoned Advocate with over 13 years of post-admission experience. She specializes in commercial and corporate law, real estate, and governance matters. Previously, she practiced with Kipkenda & Company Advocates, gaining invaluable expertise in her areas of specialty.

She has successfully handled high-stakes commercial transactions and represented both public and private clients in multi-million conveyancing deals. Caroline also has extensive experience in banking, structured finance, and related matters. Passionate about governance, she has helped numerous clients establish governance structures and adopt best corporate governance practices.

As a sustainability enthusiast, Caroline advises clients on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. She also provides compliance advisory services to start-ups and has significant experience representing and advising Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) firms. Her expertise includes transactional advisory, legal documentation, and conducting legal due diligence.
Known for her diligence and keen attention to detail, Caroline is highly dedicated and goal oriented. She consistently delivers assignments within expected timelines and is recognized for her competence, reliability, and professionalism.

She is a Certified Secretary, an accredited governance auditor, and a Governance, Ethics, Risk, and Compliance expert. Additionally, she is a keen arbitrator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She currently serves on the Environment and Lands Liaison Committee of the Law Society of Kenya (Nairobi Branch).

With over 13 years of experience in general litigation, family law, and commercial practice, Anne is a highly skilled advocate specializing in civil and commercial litigation, family and child custody matters, and land ownership disputes.
